Terms, Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Patients are requested to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling based on availability.

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by providing at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

• Consultation fees and completed treatment sessions are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be provided for missed appointments or partially utilised treatment sessions.

• Prepaid packages are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered patient.
• Treatment packages are valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.
• Unused sessions after package expiry may not be eligible for extension or refund unless approved by management.

• Physiotherapy outcomes vary from patient to patient and cannot be guaranteed.
• Patients are required to provide accurate medical history and relevant health information.
• The clinic shall not be liable for complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

• By availing treatment, patients consent to physiotherapy assessment and treatment procedures.
• Patients have the right to ask questions regarding their treatment plan and expected outcomes.

• All patient records and personal information will be maintained confidentially in accordance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023.
• Patient information will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

• Payment is due at the time of consultation or treatment unless otherwise agreed.
• The clinic reserves the right to revise treatment charges without prior notice.

• The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment in cases of inappropriate behaviour, non-compliance with clinic policies, or where treatment is deemed clinically unsuitable.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, including applicable healthcare regulations and the Clinical Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2010. Any legal claims or actions related to treatments or website bookings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
