- Clinical details (Chief symptoms, diagnosis logs, rehabilitation goals, and clinical session history).

Your details are used exclusively for scheduling appointments, organizing your physical rehabilitation plans, and sending session reminders (via SMS/WhatsApp).
Data Security: We store and manage all patient records securely. Access is strictly limited to the clinic administrators and medical practitioners who manage your care.
3. Consent & Your Rights
You can review, update, or request the deletion of your personal records (subject to regulatory medical retention laws requiring records to be held for a minimum statutory period). You can opt-out of booking updates on WhatsApp at any point.
